We offer a no fuss 5 working day guarantee to all of our customers meaning that if we do not deliver as promised, then you will receive your furniture for free.
Obviously, stock levels dictate whether or not we can make the delivery, so the guarantee is based upon the items that you have ordered being in stock. If they are not in stock (which is unlikely as we carry stock levels at 97%) then we will tell when they will be and offer you the 5 day guarantee from then.
If we fail to make the delivery as planned, then as long as there is no reason for this which is outside of our control, then you will get your furniture for free. That’s a no fuss guarantee.
All of our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or damage in transit, so you can rest assured that if a product is faulty, we will replace it free of charge.
Our guarantees vary in timescale, so make sure you read the product descriptions when you are ordering your furniture.
As with any guarantee, there are exclusions. For example, you must make sure that the product is used as it has been designed to be used. Failure to do this could result in the guarantee being void.

All of our products are delivered and installed free of charge, so there is no need for you to carry the furniture from your door step and start building flat pack!
We will agree a suitable date for our operatives to come and install the furniture for you. They will also take away all packaging leaving you with a tidy new office.
Our installers do not carry out any electrical works or dismantling of your old furniture, so please make sure that you are ready for the installation on the agreed date.

Our furniture is ergonomically designed so that it provides you and your staff with comfortable practical furniture specific to the task.
